As most of you know DV Cuisine is based in Cowichan Bay, Vancouver Island, Canada. On Sunday, May 19 we will have our annual Spot Prawn Festival, which is a great event and draws many visitors to Cowichan Bay. To get you enticed we have created some short videos of local chefs making wonderful spot prawn dishes.

We have Matthew Heyne, chef at the Cow Cafe &cook house and Martin Harrison of the Restaurant The Masthead.

Once Upon a Year... Cowichan will show at the Chemainus Theatre on May 13. Tickets are free but need to be ordered through the box office. Evening starts at 6:30, showing is at 7:30.

Our film Once Upon A Day - Cowichan keeps getting rave reviews. As of today we have 28,541 hits on Youtube and Vimeo combined in about 61 countries and still climbing every day.

We like to add one more credit to this film and that is a sincere Thank You to the Cowichan Bay Fishermen’s dock and especially to Mr. Terry Gustafson, whose boat was briefly featured in our film.
